DAY 29.

my day in a nutshell:

1.went to class; painted things for 6

hours.

2. hung out with micha and laura;

went to waffle house and took crazy

photos.

3. studied for algebra test.

4. sleep.

DAY 28.

28 days later...

and uggghh

i'm getting tired.

but still motivated to

continue on for some reason.

discipline!

i want to start and acoustic/folk punk band so bad.

good thing is i've been practicing more.

watching city in fiction really inspired me and gave me the extra push.

now i have to recruit, and execute.

DAY 27.

trying my hand at (fake) lomo photography ya see?
it didn't work, i have better ones than this tho...


spent 2 hours or more in the thriftstore :(
today was plain.
superjail's ending was shit.
and now i have a headache.

DAY 26.

finally finished up the repairs/clean up

on the old Yashica Electro 35mm GS.

and my, oh my, she's a beauty.

took about my whole weekend

just tinkering and seeing how it works from the inside, out.

needs a new battery, and its an odd

one too- the height of a AA but thicker. approx. 9 bux a pop.

but it supposedly takes good pictures...

didn't do much.
cleaned up and kinda in the process
of repairing a 40 year old camera.
a new project for me...


hung out with the gingerbros. tonight,
i don't think they like being called
"ginger". maybe if i just call em

it and they won't mind...
we ran off in the woods, went to
the hardrock for some reason,
ran into some chicks with car
prolems...



met a weird drunk guy that apparently owns alot a shit, and seems to be well off....

today i took my first professional looking

portrait, with a flash system and everything.

pretty fun, hope the lady doesn't mind

DAY 22.

i loved la dispute.

i just want to "thank"

a mike thompson, for putting

them on my flashdrive so i can sing

along...

....and when i say "thank", i mean NOT thank.

hahaha jk, good show though.

i was really only disappointed that

i didn't take good enough photos

of A Fist Full of Fingers or of anyone else for that matter, like i said i would.

sometimes i just want to give up

...oh well, there are plenty of more shows....

since i've been home i've

managed to watch

return of the living dead 1 & 3

and found out i really liked The Cramps.

earlier on i had a look behind the

stage and the inner workings of jc.

then me & micha went in search of hats...

DAY 19.

i spent my mlk day partly doing laundry and then attending a super rad movie -"the curious case of benjamin button"...

made me tear a bit, but soon after i went to applebee's and forgot ...

maybe this photo will relax your mind and body before having to face a semi-week of work and school.

its slightly out of focus and reminds me of mandalas.

today nothing happened.

DAY 17.

i know i know,
i had to catch up, had a super late
night/morning ...
went to 2 different shows yesterday.


one word: amazing.

the most fun i've had at a show in awhile.
not quiet the rowdy kid i used to be, i guess and its kinda sad. Good thing is i was feeling pretty confident about taking the photos, resulting in some pretty good shots.
and this one is one of my favorites...

beer is good.

did a little experimenting today.

a thru-the-viewfinder effect.

my whole day was slow.

late night yesterday,

just found out i may be spending
a pretty penny for acrylics for
my design class.
6-10 bux a pop.

so the last couple of days

my posts have been short

because i haven't done shit.

i just sorta stayed at home and

slept.

but i sort of left early today

on short notice, and came home

today i saw how my day 2 classes were.

pretty swell...

my day actually started at 1:03 this morning,
when i recieved a disgruntled texter's message.
one which didn't make sense...
...the drama that followed, then the closed at 4am.


classes were a breeze though.
parking- hell.

finished up the day going with caty to
find bridesmaid dresses.
hopefully there's more luck this weekend...

family time in our house usually

consist of ragging on one another.

masking our love for each other

by insults.

i worked on a drawing though, took pictures of my artwork and watched movies i've been procrastinating on watching since i already

hung out with joey for the last
time before he went back to

so today is obviously the 1st of the year.

gonna start it off fresh.
